Summary: The purpose of this Course is to stop you training
females as if they were men! Women are not the same. Women not only have
different postural and orthopedic considerations, but their hormonal make-up
and nutritional needs are also different! Therefore, it makes sense to base
exercise selection and program design on an understanding of these differences.
