All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST GST is a Goods and Services Tax payable on many goods and services in Australia. Purchases being delivered to addresses outside Australia pay the Ex GST price. The GST Inclusive price is billed only to Australian customers on taxable products. Certain medical products (like those listed under Mens and Womens Health) are GST exempt.

Shipping costs shown in this store for freight and handling are for delivery within Australia only. For delivery outside Australia, depending on the products purchased and the delivery address, we may need to charge more. In such a case we will confirm the delivery charge by first contacting you via email.

What's the advantage with our equipment? We provide equipment that trains your body in an unstable environment, improving your agility, coordination and ability to balance and stabilize. This means that your neuromuscular system faces a greater challenge than when merely exercising on a machine. Our muscles are grouped into prime movers, stabilizers and neutralizers. The prime mover muscles provide most of the power for a particular effort or movement, but the stabilizers and neutralizers keep the joints in place and provide greater control, thereby preventing injury. In real life, you don't have a machine stabilizing your shoulder joint or spine, for example. Your muscles, ligaments and tendons are meant to do so. So by training in an unstable environment, you challenge those muscles that stabilize the joints and neutralize or 'smooth' the action of the prime movers. To learn more about this we suggest that you acquire some of the books or videos available from our Store .

WARNING! Using this equipment may challenge you & give you benefits you thought impossible.
